Our fashion jewelry is  hand made, in Canada and signed. 
All our pieces are guaranteed to be nickel and lead salt free.
We use naturals stones like; hématite, turquoise, mother-of-pearl, quartz, jade etc... and all kinds of pearls namely bohemian, venetian and miracle beads.

Our reputation was built on the meticulous execution of all our creations, our efficiency in processing orders and the flexibility in meeting specific demands. We therefore create limited series in order to adapt ourselves and best meet each customer´s needs.

We only sell to business and retailers. However, group orders may be accepted from particulars for instance in the case of an association or a private or company sale.

Since each items is hancrafted, irregularities in stone coulour and cut or a slight difference in hues for hand painted items are possible.

The average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, depending of the destination.

All orders are packed in a cushioned envelope to ensure that the package arrives safely to destination.

Receipt of package: You should not accept a shipment in the outer packaging shows signs of impact of leakage. We suggest that you open the package and check the merchandise before signing the delivery form. 

If, for one reason or another, you are not satisfied, you can exchange goods returning the articles in their original packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order. You must return the merchandise using the postal service of your choice (please note that we do not refund shipping, customs nor duty charges) and include the delivery slip and any custom document to the following adress:

If the product that you have received includes a hidden defect, please inform FloT.B  customer service by email  as soon as possible. All our goods are guaranteed and will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

Payments are carried out by credit card via secure payment.
You can also, print the order form and send it by fax #514 276-1016.
In this case the paiement used is cheque or credit transfer. Prices are listed in US or Canadian dollars. All you have to do is open an account and follow instructions. You can  also print the order form and send it by email or regular mail. In this case, you will be charged upon delivery and will have to pay by cheque (Canada only) or credit transfer.

Shipping costs are based on a percentage of the total amount of the purchase (4%).
Canadian resident are subject to a 7% sales tax. 
Moreover, some countries impose an import tax which buyers may have to pay. Residents from others countries are subject to local taxes applicable by law. import taxes may be reclaimed.
